Role at Cawthron
Dr Matt Miller is a research scientist who plays a pivotal role in marine lipid and bioactives research. He applies his expertise in marine oils and natural product chemistry to identify, understand, and commercialise these natural resources, and to provide practical solutions for the innovative companies that Cawthron collaborates with. Matt is the principal investigator for the High Value Nutrition National Science Challenge funded project, “Musseling Up: 2.0”. Matt says “the end goal of this research is to provide validated Greenshell™ mussel health claims that can add value to exports.”
